URGENT CLASS-I DRUG RECALL Atenolol and Chlorthalidone 50 mg/25 mg Tablets x 100 Major Pharmaceuticals has initiated above drug recall because of a complaint received indicating that a bottle labeled as Atenolol 50 mg/ Chlorthalidone 25 mg x 100 tablets contained 90 capsules of Gabapentin 100 mg. THIS IS A PATIENT LEVEL RECALL. If you have any Atenolol and Chlorthalidone 50mg/25 mg Tablets with Lot # L-1456 in stock, please stop distribution and quarantine the product. In addition if you have distributed this product, please notify your customers immediately of this recall. Please instruct your pharmacy customers to review their dispensing log and have them contact their patients, advise them to return the prescription back to the pharmacy to verify that the correct product was dispensed.
